How Does It Work? The Cost? What's My ROI?

4 Unit TownHome Construction Investing:

We Take 20k to 60K investments in a pool of investors adding up to the project amount. We buy a lot 8000sf+ and build a 4 unit townhouse for individual sale. Construction time is 6 to 11 months average of 6 to 8 months. We sell each unit $400k to $600K, then pay out investors based on the percentage of investment given.

Land Cost $150,000
Project Cost $450,000
Total Cost: $600,000


Units Sale Price $500K Each x 4 Units = $2,000,000
$2,000,000 - $600,000 Investment = $1,400,000
$1,400,000 Split Between Investors.

Say you invested 60K = 10% of Total Investment

Your return would be 10% of $1,400,000 = $140,000
1 to 2 Developments Each Year = $140k to 280k

We have contractors, realtors, mortgage brokers, and credit building professionals on our team, so we have every angle covered.

Credit Buildout Investing:

We take 10K to 20K investments and do credit repair and credit build outs for 3 to 6 people with bad credit that signs our Enterprise Agreement. We invest 3K to 4K in repairing and build their personal and business credit profile. We do all the work to get them approved for 30k in personal credit and 60K in Business Credit.

Once complete we send them and invoice for $9995 (10K), for services and investment.

3 Clients = 30K Return
6 Clients = 60K Return

With a 10k Investment you'll get a return = $25000
With a 15k Investment you'll get a return = $35000
With a 20k Investment you'll get a return = $50000

Allow 3 to 6 Months for buildouts to be complete. And give up to 30 days for us to receive a disperse return.
